01Who we are

Quantiv Marketing is a growth-systems agency licensed in the United Arab Emirates and registered as Quantiv Marketing. "We", "us" and "our" mean Quantiv Marketing. "You" means the business engaging us or the person using this website. Licence details are available on request.

02What these terms cover

Your use of www.quantivmarketing.com, the consultation, and any services described in a written quote you accept. A signed or confirmed quote, together with these terms, is the whole agreement. If a quote and these terms conflict, the quote wins for that engagement.

03Consultation and quotes

There is no charge for the consultation. After it, we send a written quote within 24 hours that lists the parts to be built, what each includes, how it is measured, what is one-off and what is monthly, and how long the quote stays open. We may also tell you that we don't recommend building anything yet; that is a valid outcome.

Work starts when you confirm the quote in writing (email or WhatsApp is fine) and any first payment shown on it is received.

04Scope and changes

What's included is what the quote says. Anything extra is agreed in writing before it is built, with any change to price or timeline. We will tell you clearly when a request falls outside the quote rather than quietly adding it.

05Payment

One-off work is invoiced as stated on the quote. Monthly services are invoiced monthly in advance. The payment date for each invoice is the one stated on the quote, agreed with you before work starts.

Advertising budget is paid by you directly to Google, Meta or the relevant platform. Our fee never includes media spend unless the quote says so explicitly.

If an invoice is more than 30 days overdue we may pause monthly services until it is settled, after giving you notice.

06Timelines

Our target is to have the first parts of a system live within 30 to 40 days of a confirmed quote. That depends on receiving the access, content and approvals we ask for in time. Delays on either side move the date; we tell you as soon as we see one.

07Ownership

Everything that is yours stays yours and is set up in your name from day one: your domain, website, Google Business Profile, advertising accounts, phone and WhatsApp numbers, customer list and data. You may use the pages, scripts and workflows we build for you for as long as you like, including after we stop working together.

Our own templates, tools, know-how and code remain ours, and we may reuse them for other clients without using anything confidential to you.

08Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business, prices, hours and policies, and tell us when they change.
• Provide the access and approvals we ask for, in reasonable time.
• Use the system lawfully, including UAE rules on marketing messages and consent, and the terms of any platform (Google, Meta, WhatsApp) it connects to.
• Approve scripts, pages and messages before they go live. Once approved, they represent your business.

09Assistants that answer on your behalf

Where the system answers calls or messages automatically, it introduces itself as your business's assistant and does not claim to be a person. It answers from the information you approve, and hands over to a person in the situations we agree with you. You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, availability and policies it is given.

10Results

We build systems that get businesses found, answered and booked, and we report what they produce honestly every month. We do not guarantee a particular revenue, ranking, cost per customer or number of enquiries, because those depend on your market, your offer and factors outside our control.

11Confidentiality and data

We keep your business information confidential and use personal data only as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. You keep ownership of your customer data; we process it only to deliver the services.

12Ending the engagement and refunds

You can stop at any time. Tell us, and we refund the current month's fee. Earlier payments are for work already done and are not refunded. That is the whole policy.

Because everything is in your name, your accounts, numbers and data stay with you, and we hand over any access details we hold within 7 days.

13Liability

We do the work in the quote with reasonable care and skill. If something goes wrong, the most we owe you is the current month's fee, which is the refund above. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or outages caused by third-party platforms such as Google, Meta or WhatsApp. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

14Using this website

The content on this website is general information, not advice for your specific situation. We try to keep it accurate but do not promise it is complete or without errors. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. The calculator on this site gives an estimate from the numbers you enter and is not a forecast.

15Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any dispute we cannot settle by talking will be dealt with by the courts of Abu Dhabi.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to quotes confirmed after that date; an engagement already under way stays on the terms it started with.
